Terms of Service

1. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. You must not use Glint if doing so is prohibited where you live, if you have been prohibited from using the Service, or if your participation would create an unlawful risk to others.

Provide accurate account information, including your age, and keep it up to date. Use photos and profile information that honestly represent you. Do not impersonate someone else or create an account for a minor. You are responsible for your account activity and for protecting your sign-in credentials. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.

2. Using Glint

Glint offers social and dating features such as nearby discovery, swiping, matching, and messaging. Availability may depend on your device, region, permissions, and the offer you select. We may change features or interrupt access for maintenance, security, or operational reasons.

No match, response, relationship, or meeting outcome is guaranteed. Make your own decisions about interactions. Do not disclose sensitive personal information unnecessarily, and choose a public place for a first meeting.

This website’s swipe demo uses fictional profiles and AI-generated imagery. Its likes, distances, and conversations are illustrative and do not contact real members.

3. Community rules

You must not use the Service to:

• Harass, threaten, stalk, discriminate against, deceive, or exploit another person.
• Post or solicit child sexual abuse material, sexual content involving minors, grooming, sextortion, or other exploitation of children.
• Share nonconsensual intimate content or send sexual content to someone who has not agreed to receive it.
• Promote human trafficking, compensated sexual services, fraud, scams, or illegal activity.
• Impersonate others, publish someone’s private information without permission, or infringe intellectual property rights.
• Send spam, malicious code, or unsolicited commercial promotions.
• Scrape profiles, automate interactions, bypass restrictions, or interfere with the Service’s security or normal operation.

We may investigate reports, remove content, limit features, or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules. Serious safety violations may require immediate action. Any refund rights you have under applicable law or a payment platform’s rules are preserved.

Our Child Safety Policy describes prohibited conduct involving minors and reporting channels.

4. Your content and our intellectual property

You retain rights in content you submit, including profile photos, text, and messages. You must have the rights needed to share that content and must not violate someone else’s rights. You grant us a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, transmit, and display your content as necessary to operate the Service, including through service providers acting for us.

This license ends when the relevant content is deleted, except for copies retained for lawful operational, backup, safety, or recordkeeping purposes as explained in the Privacy Policy.

The Service’s software, branding, design, and other non-user content belong to the Company or its licensors. Subject to these Terms, you receive a limited, personal, nontransferable, revocable right to use the Service. Do not copy, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer it except where applicable law allows you to do so.

5. Paid features, subscriptions, and virtual items

Glint may offer subscriptions, one-time purchases, or virtual items. The purchase screen and payment platform show the price, currency, taxes, billing period, renewal terms, and included features before you confirm a purchase. Do not assume that a one-time purchase is a subscription or that every subscription renews automatically.

An automatically renewing subscription continues until canceled through the platform or provider that billed it. Follow the cancellation deadline shown by that provider. If you purchase through Apple or Google Play, their billing, cancellation, and refund rules also apply.

Virtual items and credits provide a limited right to use the associated in-app features. They are not currency, do not represent ownership of money, and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred except where an offer expressly allows it or the law requires otherwise. A refund or reversal may remove the corresponding entitlement or unused items.

Uninstalling Glint, logging out, or deleting your account does not by itself cancel a store-billed subscription. See our Cancellation Agreement for cancellation, deletion, and refund information. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

6. Privacy and third-party services

The Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Third-party sign-in, messaging, mapping, notification, attribution, and payment services may help provide Glint features. Their applicable terms and privacy notices govern their own services.

External links are provided for convenience. We do not control independent websites or other members’ conduct. Report suspected violations through available in-app reporting or contact options, or email service@njdingzhichen.top.

7. Ending your account or access

You may request account deletion through Settings → Delete Account in the app or through the email route on our account deletion page. We may need to verify that you control the account before acting on a request.

We may suspend or terminate access for a breach of these Terms, a safety or security risk, a legal requirement, or discontinuation of the Service. Contact us if you believe an action was taken in error. Ending access does not remove obligations that arose before termination, including lawful outstanding payments, recordkeeping, or claims.

8. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access, the accuracy of another member’s statements, or any particular social or dating outcome.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service in the preceding 12 months or USD 100. This limit does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including applicable protections concerning fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death, or personal injury.

Mandatory consumer rights and remedies in your jurisdiction remain available. Nothing here requires you to waive rights that cannot legally be waived.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, excluding conflict-of-law rules, subject to mandatory protections that apply where you live.

Contact service@njdingzhichen.top first so that we can try to resolve a dispute. If it cannot be resolved, a competent court at the Company’s registered location may hear it, except where applicable law gives you a right to bring a claim elsewhere. This clause does not remove mandatory local consumer rights or lawful access to regulators.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms. The date above identifies this version. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law, and we will obtain additional agreement where required. If you do not accept updated Terms, stop using the Service and consider closing your account.
