Glint prohibits child sexual abuse material, grooming, sextortion, and any sexual exploitation or endangerment of children. Report suspected child-safety violations through available in-app reporting or contact options, or email service@njdingzhichen.top.

1. Prohibited content and conduct

We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (“CSAE”), including:

  • Child sexual abuse material (“CSAM”), including photographs, video, drawings, animation, or AI-generated depictions that exploit or sexualize minors.
  • Sexual content involving someone who is, or appears to be, under 18.
  • Grooming, sexual solicitation of minors, sextortion, or threats involving intimate content.
  • Trafficking, arranging sexual exploitation, or encouraging abuse of a child.
  • Sharing a minor’s private information for exploitation, or attempting to move an abusive interaction off the Service.
  • Promoting, distributing, requesting, or facilitating any of the above.
  • Creating an account for a minor or deliberately misrepresenting a minor’s age.

These rules apply to profiles, photos, messages, and other interactions on the Service. They also apply to attempts to use Glint to facilitate abusive conduct elsewhere.

2. Age eligibility and suspected minors

Users must provide an accurate age and must be at least 18. If we identify an underage account or receive a credible report, we may restrict access while reviewing the concern and remove the account when the violation is confirmed.

Do not encourage a minor to join, lend a minor an account, or try to bypass age restrictions. If you suspect someone is under 18, stop the interaction and report the profile. This policy does not represent that every account has undergone biometric or government-ID verification.

3. Report a child-safety concern

Use the reporting or contact options available in the Glint app, including Settings → Contact Us, or email service@njdingzhichen.top with the subject “Glint Child Safety Report.” This address is our public child-safety contact route.

Include the relevant profile or user ID, a description, and the approximate date or time. Share only the information needed to assess the concern. Do not download, forward, attach, or redistribute suspected CSAM. Identify where the material appeared instead.

If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services or law enforcement first. A report to Glint does not replace an emergency report.

4. Review and enforcement

Child-safety reports receive priority. We review available information and take appropriate action when we become aware of prohibited material or conduct. Actions may include removing or disabling access to content, restricting or terminating accounts, and taking steps to prevent further misuse.

We preserve relevant information when lawfully required and report confirmed CSAM or other suspected criminal conduct to appropriate law enforcement or reporting authorities where applicable law requires it. We cooperate with valid legal requests while protecting information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Do not use the reporting process to harass someone or knowingly submit false information. If you believe an account action was taken in error, contact us. We may maintain restrictions where needed to protect safety or comply with law.

5. Independent reporting resources

  • NCMEC CyberTipline provides a reporting channel for suspected online child sexual exploitation in the United States.
  • Cybertip.ca provides a reporting channel for online child sexual exploitation in Canada.
  • Outside these countries, contact the appropriate local law enforcement or child-protection reporting service.

These are independent organizations. Listing them does not imply a partnership, certification, or endorsement of Glint.

6. Contact and policy updates

For child-safety concerns, contact service@njdingzhichen.top. The Company’s registered address is shown above. We may update these standards to reflect changes in the Service, safety practices, or applicable requirements; the date above identifies this version.

Read this policy with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
